Content and change of web pages

I do not take over guarantee for the topicality, content wise correctness and completeness of the information made available on my web pages. I am not responsible for damage of material or idealistic kind which result from the use of my web pages to the user. Beyond that I reserve the right to change totally or partly my web pages without separate announcement, to delete them as well as to stop the publication occasionally or finally.

Adhesion for contents of external web pages

I will not take adhesion for contents of external web pages, if these are appropriately outside of my area of responsibility and it is technically impossible or unreasonable to prevent the use in case of illegal contents. Illegal linkage contents are and were not known to me during production of my web side. If linkage contents were changed after the link setting, I dissociate myself already now from these contents. The operator of the respective side will have to take adhesion if damage occurs to the user caused by the use of external web side contents. This non-liability applies to all linkages and references within the my own web pages.

This non-liability is part of my web pages. If parts or individual formulations of this text should not correspond, no more or not completely, to the valid legal situation, the remaining parts of the document remain unaffected in their contents and their validity.
